Q1: How can I visit you?
A: Our factory located in shenzhen city Guangdong province ,near Hongkong . after you reach the airport,we'll pick you up,and we'll appreciate if you can inform us in advance.

Q3: What is the area of your factory ?
A: Your factory factory area of 16000 square meters large factory.Products showroom 2000 square meters

Q4: Can we use our own design?
A: Yes, we will according to your local climate and give you our suggestion. Then you can get best details and reasonable price you want. After we comfirm everything, we will design door or design window as your needs.

Q5: What's the payment way and payment terms?
A: Usually we use T/T, Western Union, Cash. You can also through Alibaba(we have Alibaba Shop) website to pay it. 30~50% deposit before production and balance must be pay before shipping.

Q6: What's the production time?
A: We will start to make the production after we get deposit. Normally, it needs around 25 days for producing.

Q7: What about your packages?what can you do for me if the windows were damaged when I open the container?
A: Our package are with Iron pallets which is stronger and durable,if the windows were damaged when you received,please send us photo and we will replace you new one freely

Q8:What will you do if sending me the wrong windows?
A:We will send you the shop drawing to comfirm the windows and doors drawing before produce,if send you the wrong new ones 

Q9: How to install your windows ? Is there any difference as Local? Do you have installer or send installation team to Projects site ?
A:We know well the windows/doors installation for Brick wall,brick venner,steel construction,concrete wall,we can provide you installation solution or installation guide.
Q 1. Are you supplying standard sizes of windows/doors or customised products ?
A: Both is available.We have distributors overseas,some of them are getting standard sizes of aluminium windows/doors from YY factory,developers and builders.
Q 2. Do you have installers in Australia or send installation team to job site?
,and we also supply customised products for lots of end customers
A: have installation guide to help you to get a easy installation and sub frames of installation are highly recommended for double brick wall,brick veneer wall,concrete wall,timber wall...
We have overseas manager in Australia,he will assist you to complete installation perfectly as he has completed lots of jobs,like apartments,residentials,commercials...
And we can send our installation team to job site if it is necessary.
Q 3.What about your packages ?

A: All of our systems are designed according to the requirements from markets like Australia Canada...Our engineers can design the systems you need to match different wall systems.
Q 5.Is there any price difference between powder coating and anodising ?
A: No price difference between them.
We recommend you to choose anodised finish if the house is near salt water for long-effective corrosion resistance,but powder coating will be better if the house is far away from salt water.
Q 6.What kinds of hardware can you supply ?
A: Commonly Germany brand,China top brand and Australia brand,and other brands are available.
We recommend you to use Australia brand if you are in Australia for easy replacement,so local brand is the best choice.Last but not the least,the price is different even if same brand,as the locking system makes it happen,the locking systems we are using are long-lasting.
